At your retreat you will be guided by Heidi Lampard, our phenomenal certified yoga teacher who embodies the teachings of this ancient practice throughout every aspect of her life. Through her light, playful, open-minded, nurturing, accepting and calming essence she will guide your practice with warmth, a gentle strength and an open heart.
Private classes are opened with meditation and pranayama, followed by your choice of Vinyasa Flow or Restore Yin Yoga. Practice is closed with Savasana, a relaxing mini head massage and a blend of essential oils are passed around to rub on the soles of your feet, temples or the nape of your neck.
