An Undressed meal is intentionally communal, designed with purpose and is an extension of the food we love to eat – simple, nourishing, abundant and whole. From the deeply beautiful Grazing Tables, which are at the centre of any celebration, to nourishing Breakfast Tables and exquisite Styled Feasts, Undressed is the creation of the very talented Zoe Cuthbertson.

Experience a next level plant-based fare of locally sourced ingredients surrounded by divine art wares. Locally made ceramics, eclectic serve ware, natural linens and sustainable sourced florals from Braer add life and colour as an extension of the natural world from where our food is gathered.

Undressed catering is naturally free from gluten, dairy and refined sugar. Wherever possible produce is organic, sourced in the Northern Rivers and handmade with care.

Inclusions

Grazing Table –
May include organic hand-made dips: Lemon and cashew, Olive oil hummus and Almond romesco. Vessels for dipping range from locally sourced organic sourdough baguette to charcoal crisp bread and biscuits studded with nuts and seeds. Artfully nested between seasonal fruits and vibrant Sicilian olives lay a selection of nut-based cheeses such as: Ashed cashew brie, Cashew goats cheese, Persian macadamia feta and Truffle mushroom pâté. And then balanced with something sweet like Salted cacao, pistachio and tahini truffles.

Breakfast Table –
Ingredients are market fresh and lead a light breakfast menu of: Undressed macadamia and mango granola, Coconut yoghurt and Organic chia and berry compote. An offering of breads includes Organic sourdough and Gluten-free seeded loaf, ready to be topped with roasted nut butter and jam. Seasonal fruits lay in abundance.

Styled Feast –
Ingredients are market fresh and lead a lunch or dinner menu of: Cauliflower Shawarma, baked whole and seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, finished with soft herbs and pomegranate. Alongside sit Crispy chickpeas with purple kale, charred lemon and tahini dressing and Raw broccoli salad with dates, almonds and a spiced vinaigrette, accompanied by Smoked eggplant dip finished with a lick of olive oil and warmed flat-breads. For a sweet send off – a decadent chocolate cake with pistachio and rose.
